  We treat every individual job differently, we do not provide prices on our website as each job and client has different ideas and therefore prices fluctuate.
• Are there any hidden costs?
  We will lay all of our cards out on the table before ether party commits to a contract. The only problem we tend to have is that clients who require a website sometimes forget about the annual hosting fee.
• Will there be a charge to meet and discuss my project?
  There is a standard consultation charge which will be may be discounted off depending on the size of the project.

Web Design

• How much will a website cost?
  Prices vary in web design, obviously the more you spend the more extravagant your website will be. If you are on a tight budget it is still possible to create a stunning, modern website and still succeed in promoting your products and services.
• Do I really need a web design service?
  Ask yourself, "If I was building a house would I need a builder?" The answer of course is "yes" you will need a professional to do the job. Having your own professional looking website is extremely important.
• How long will a website take to complete?
  This all depends on the size of your design request. Its important not to rush the process but if you require a website extremely quickly it is possible to process a website promptly at extra cost. Two-three months is a reasonable timescale to work with as this gives us time to extract all the required information and allows for any changes at later stages of the process.
• What is site maintainence?
  Most quality websites will update their content weekly or monthly, for this service there would be a monthly charge pre-determined at the beginning of a contract capped with reasonable usage. Another option is to purchase a content management system, this is the ideal option for a business who would be updating their website on a daily basis changing text, images, videos etc.
• Would WebaSoft require a deposit?
  Yes. A deposit of 25-35% depending on the size of the website, the remainder would usually be required on completion although on larger projects we would expect a further deposit before this time.
• What do I get for my hard earned cash?
  There are masses of choices on the internet so obtaining the correct supplier for you is essential. Webasoft price their web designs carefully, a client may have a large budget allowing us to express our talents but it’s equally important to add quality to websites built on a lesser budget as any work undertaken will be reflected on us as a company.
• Will I be required to have a meeting?
  Meeting up is not a necessity although out of experience it is good practise to do so, it's important to Webasoft to get an understanding for a client's needs and to create a working relationship as we will be working side by side to create your website. A client can either visit the office or Webasoft can provide a representative to visit the client.
• What if I am too busy for a meeting?
  Not a problem, at least 50% of our websites have been designed simply by the client providing WebaSoft with their requirements etc via e-mails and via telephone conversations. If you’re not computer literate and don't feel confident we will help you through the processes.
• Will my website be search engine friendly?
  We provide on page optimisation as standard with all of our websites, with more and more advanced technology it is becoming easier to create stunning looking websites whilst still attaining high levels of optimisation. We also provide off page optimisation although this type of optimisation will require a monthly financial sum to create a marketing strategy.
• Will there be any hidden costs?
  All of our work is subject to VAT currently at 17.5%. All costs will be discussed at your first consultation.
• Will all visitors view my website the same?
  We test our web designs across multiple browsers to prevent distortions or imperfections, so that your website is viewed how it should be viewed among all the popular browsers.
• Does WebaSoft provide hosting services?
  We provide hosting with our websites but we do not normally host websites designed by others. If you would like our hosting services please feel free to contact us.
